Al Gomhuria الجمهورية in Arabic is an influential Egyptian daily newspaper. It was established in 1954.
The newspaper has flourished and now has many other publications including "Al Masaa" (evening newspaper), "Al Kora wal Malaeb" (sports), "Shashaty" (enterianment) and "Aqidaty". The group also publishes the English-language "Egyptian Gazette" and the French-language "Le Progrès Egyptien".
