As per the Supreme Court decision, Deuba shall have to be sworn in as prime minister not exceeding 7 pm of 13 July.[1] In this government, Nepali Congress shall be leading the government while CPN(Maoist-centre) shall join as senior ally. Similarly, Janata Samajbadi Party, Nepal shall join as Junior ally and Rastriya Janamorcha as an ally as a continuation to previous opposition alliance.[2] On 12 June 2021, these parties decided to form a small size cabinet on Tuesday itself.

Formation

Supreme court ordered President to appoint Sher Bahadur Deuba as the next Prime Minister Of Nepal within 28 hours of the decision made by Supreme Court citing article 76(5) of the Constitution of Nepal.[1]

Similarly, the dissolution of House of Representatives was dissaproved. It was the biggest set back by the court to Oli while the opposition alliance celebrated this throughout the country by various means after an end to Oli regime.[3]
