Francis Harvey was an English politician.

He was born in 1534, the second son of John Harvey of Ickworth, Suffolk by Elizabeth, daughter of Henry Pope of Mildenhall, Suffolk.

In 1571 and 1584–1587, he was the Member of Parliament for Colchester, Essex. He was a nominee of Sir Francis Walsingham.[1] In 1589 he was elected MP for Knaresborough and in 1593 MP for Chippenham. [2]
