Irene Heng Lauvsnes (born 17 April 1968) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.

She was elected as the first female mayor of Strand in 2015. Prior to that, she was a sales director in the fish feed company Skretting. She has also been deputy leader of the Norwegian Seafood Research Fund.[1][2]

Lauvsnes was elected as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Rogaland for the term 2021–2025. She briefly had status as a regular member in October 2021, while filling the seat of Tina Bru who was an outgoing member of Solberg's Cabinet.[3]
