Pasta chi vrocculi arriminati is a pasta dish originating from Palermo, Sicily. It generally consists of a long pasta like spaghetti or bucatini, cauliflower, onion, raisins, anchovies, pine nuts, saffron, red chili, and breadcrumbs. Traditionally it was made with bucatini.
