Rosemary Hill is an English writer and historian. She has published widely on 19th and 20th century cultural history, but she is best known for God's Architect, her award-winning biography of Augustus Pugin. Published in 2007 it won the Wolfson Prize for History and the James Tait Black Memorial Prize for Biography in 2007 and the Marsh Biography Award in 2009. Hill is a trustee of the Victorian Society, sits on the editorial board of the [[London Review of Books and has been a Visiting Fellow at All Souls College, Oxford.
