Shap Pat Heung East (Chinese: 十八鄉東) is one of the 31 constituencies in the Yuen Long District of Hong Kong.
The constituency returns one district councillor to the Yuen Long District Council, with an election every four years. San Tin constituency is loosely based on eastern part of Shap Pat Heung including Long Shin Estate with estimated population of 15,217.[2]
