The current image of Camping is highly unflattering. The face looks grumpy and half-asleep, the raised finger gives an impression of "annoying know-it-all", and the bible in the foreground only adds to create a persona of "crazed old man". I'm by no means a supporter of his teachings and am a convinced atheist, but the picture appears to be some sort of atheist propaganda is outright rude to this deceased man.
This is a non-free image, so why not choose something that would depict the man in a serious and encyc manner? We could try finding another image, or just remove it entirely. Gaioa (T C L) 09:54, 28 August 2019 (UTC)
Can someone insert a reference to the song "21st of May" by Nickel Creek? Camping's prediction of the rapture is the subject of this song. It is written by Sean Watkins and the lyrics can be found on many different resources on the internet.
