Comment I'm the creator of his page. While I'm not against the suggested title, I think the current one has the benefit of having "Iran" at the beginning which increases the chance of being found when the users are typing Iran! Mhhossein (talk) 12:54, 31 May 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Comment: in any case, "asset" is not a proper noun, and so should not be capitalized (unless of course the consensus is to have that word first in the article title).
@Mhhossein: some sources obviously use title case, but as you may have seen, there were also other examples, such as "What is an asset?". And in wikipedia, we only capitalize proper nouns per both MOS:CAPS and WP:NCCAPS. HandsomeFella (talk) 06:05, 2 June 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]
