"There has been controversy over whether PMCs in active combat zones should be considered mercenaries."
I don't see how, it can be a controversy and which controversy? Of who? And why specifically those in active combat zones?

Then what is the difference between PMCs, and PSCs? To me they're the same. As are gendarmes, and policemen. Just not used over the same missions. But apart from that, there's close to no difference.--Joujyuze (talk) 11:15, 28 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
