Merger of USRC Gallatin (1871) with USS Gallatin[edit]
Since this ship never served with the U.S. Navy, there never was a USS Gallatin. This article should not exist and is basically a mirror of the article USRC Gallatin (1871), therefore the two should merge with the surviving article named USRC Gallatin (1871).
