New template[edit]

I've started this template because I think it would be useful to have a navbox for German literature. Please feel free to add authors to the list. A couple notes:

21st century --> Contemporary writers[edit]

After struggling with how to best organize writers who wrote a good number of texts in the 20th century but are still publishing today, I decided to rename the group "21st century" to "Contemporary writers" and include everyone who is still publishing today, even if the bulk of their works fall in the 20th century. It seems best to treat it that way; as the years go by, and it becomes easier to assign writers to the 20th century, we can make the changes needed.
