(born 17 March 1986), popularly known by his stage name Terry G, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter and record executive. He is widely known for his eccentric dress-sense, controversial lyrics and awkward identity.Terry G was born in Benue State. He shared the same birthday with his mother. He started singing in the choir of his local church.[1]
Through his songs, he has admitted to using drugs and alcohol.[5][6] In September 2014, he told Jane Augoye of The Punch that he has stopped taking hard drugs.
