The Marauders are four fictional characters created by J.K. Rowling in the Harry Potter series. They created the Marauder's Map while students at Hogwarts. All four were members of the Order of the Phoenix, Peter Pettigrew later switching sides and becoming a Death Eater. All four died violent deaths. See individual entries for more detail:
