Unione Rugby Capitolina is an Italian rugby union club. They are based in Rome.
The team was founded in 1996.
Capitolina won an Italian under 19 trophy in 2002/3; beating rivals Lazio-Primavera Rugby in the final held at Stadio Flaminio.
In the 2005/6 season URC Roma won promotion to Super 10 with 110 points with a 20-9 victory over cross-city rivals Rugby Roma.
