Hi All and Welcome to my UserPage

A short bio with all the main bits in. I was born in 1981 in the town of Kendal in Cumbria and lived there until 1999. I then moved down to London to study Astronomy at University College London. After my degree, I headed back to K where I set up an astronomy society in the name of Arthur Eddington, a past resident of the town, launched during the Transit of Venus, 2004. A year later, I returned to UCL to pursue a Doctorate in Atmospheric Physics, which is my current status.

And now a list of interests:

• Politically I am a member of the Conservative Party (UK)
• I enjoy writing, reading and watching Science Fiction
• I have a website, which I code with notepad, dreamweaver and mozilla
• I enjoy photography
• Long walks in the city
• Astronomy - naturally
• And all sorts of other things I can't seem to remember at the moment!
