Saiminjutsu (催眠術) is a Japanese adult visual novel developed by Blackrainbow and released for the Microsoft Windows PC on December 21, 2001 . A sequel, Saiminjutsu 2 was released in 2007 while a third sequel, Saiminjutsu 3 was released by Fudegaki.

Plot

Saiminjutsu

Naoto Aoki is a high school student living with the family of his recently married brother. After being rejected by his crush. Naoto's life changes completely when his grandpa teaches him a secret hypnosis technique which Naoto starts to use to hypnotize girls into various sexual activities. Unfortunately for Naoto, his creepy classmate named Shinta Murakoshi gets this secret and joins in the act.

Saiminjutsu 2

Susumu Sakurai is a teenager facing many issues such as bullying at school, problems at home and severe dislike from his childhood friend. One day, he meets a mysterious stranger, Shinta Murakoshi, who recently moves into his apartment. This encounter changes Susumu's life entirely as Murakoshi offers to teach Susumu the mysterious power of hypnotism.

Saiminjutsu 3

Even though the protagonist suffers from a dark past and deviant sexual preferences, he lead a wholesome life thus far because of his warm household and best friend.

Until he coincidentally acquires the power of "hypnosis" and starts using this new power.

His desires start to escalate until he starts destroying things that are dear to him, like his family and friendships.^[1]

Main Characters

Naoto Aoki

The protagonist for the first game. Naoki stays with his brother, and sister-in-law. After being rejected by the girl he likes, Naoki stumbles on a video his grandfather sent him and teaches Naoki the art of hypnotism. With a new skill in hand, Naoki begins to test that power on the girls around him.

Susumu Sakurai

The protagonist of the second game. Susumu is the son of a single mother who is constantly bullied by his two classmates till he was rescued by Shinta Murakoshi and is subsequently taught how to use hypnotism.

Satoru Fukamachi

Satoru is a child abandoned by both his parents and is adopted by his uncle and aunt. He has a crush on his senior, Tsubasa Segawa, who he confessed to only to be rejected and surprised that Tsubasa likes his best friend. Satoru later learns of hypnotism through a video left behind by Murakoshi and begins to use it for his own pleasure.
