I was accused of filing dificient SPI

I did file a sockpuppet investigation to a valid case, but was termed as dificient by a clerk for doing so here - Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Pirate of the High Seas#Comments by other users.

The user is currently under an IP block by a different admin (@Sarek Of Vulcan) located Special:Contributions/2601:C7:4202:6720:99B9:43D5:CE62:2BF6 and has a multi year history of being generally disruptive for the reasons listed on here

Those were the reasons i had requested the help of an Admin. (I contacted you on your Talk Page rather than reopening the admin help topic, since it suggested either action)
