Hello Khizer91. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Thanks for reviewing the article. I am not getting any paid compensation from Dr. Arvind Bhateja. My family is friends with him as we used to be neighbors for several years and a few weeks ago on a Sunday lunch he showed me a Wiki of his colleague and wanted to know if he could be on Wikipedia as well. I had created a page 7 years ago so I told him I'd give it a try as he had news articles about him in the top newspapers in India.
