Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Manmohan Bawa, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Travelogue (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:11, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Isha Ambani, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hi! Were you thinking of converting intimism to a disambiguation page? If not, then there's really no reason to have moved intimism (poetic movement) to its current location: if the poetic movement is the primary topic for the term, which having the term redirect there suggests it is, then the parenthetical disambiguation ("poetic movement") in the title is unnecessary. We should either have intimism as a disambiguation page, which would reflect there being no primary topic, or have either the article about the poetic movement or the article about the art movement at that location. I'm not particularly familiar with either movement, and I don't know what the primary topic is, so I'd welcome your thoughts. All the best, – Arms & Hearts (talk) 21:00, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
@Arms & Hearts: Hey! I think a disambiguation page might be a good idea as neither article seems significantly more notable than the other. Would a disambiguation page make sense for only two pages however? What do you think? Noahhoward (talk) 21:19, 2 January 2019 (UTC)

An article you recently created, Aouint Lahna, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Thank you for uploading File:Diebenkorn Reclining Nude.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
Hi, by chance I saw the article you recently made about Ivan Zemljak. Good stuff, keep it up! Yakikaki (talk) 18:53, 22 March 2019 (UTC)
Hallo, When you create an article at at disambiguated title like Arco (lamp), please remember to add a link to the disambiguation page at the base title - in this case Arco. I've done it for this one. Sometimes it will be a case of adding a "hatnote", if there's only a single existing article. Either way, it helps the reader to find the article and reduces the chance that a future careless editor will create a duplicate at Arco (light). Thanks. PamD 16:44, 27 March 2019 (UTC)
Just wanted to say I've seen a few of your articles and it's great to see so many high-quality contributions from a (relatively) new editor. Keep up the great work, and please never hesitate to ask for anything!--MainlyTwelve (talk) 22:30, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
This is a bit of a nit-picky question, but during your Six Heretical Teachers expansion, you included the piped wiki link [[Nihilism|nihlism]]
. This seems odd to me because it links directly to the article "nihilism" but displays the misspelling "nihlism" (additionally, nihlism redirects to the common spelling). Why did you pipe the link like this?
I accidentally initially sent this message to the wrong person. eπi (talk | contribs) 21:11, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Hello,
If you made the article Southern Carrier (language) from scratch at that title, I think it would have been better to place it at Southern Carrier language over the redirect that currently exists there. It is possible to edit the contents of a redirect page and turn it into a full-fledged article (see here for example), and that saves a great deal of hassle with page moves. (I have requested a move to the current title, so don't worry about that.)
If, however, you wrote the contents of that page elsewhere (on your sandbox, in a draft) and then moved it to its current location, then disregard everything I just said before; we need page histories to be together for copyright purposes, and cut-and-paste moves are bad for that reason. In any event the article itself looks decent, keep up the good work!

This is for all the phantastic maps! I have many language family articles on my watchlist, which is not always a pleasure. However, seeing "Noahedits" there always guarantees for a positive experience :) Austronesier (talk) 16:57, 7 February 2020 (UTC) |
Hi Noahedits. As far as I can see, the map you uploaded is mostly a synthesis of highly questionable demographic maps (almost all of these maps are own works of other Wikipedia editors and a good part of them contain falsified data) and some SCW maps on WP. I know you were trying to improve the article, but for the reasons I mentioned, I had to undo your edits. When you decide to upload a new version of the map, please ping me - I would like to help. Hi, I have created a little start article on the Villa Montfeld. I don't know whether you are based in Algiers, but I see you are the main author of the Architecture of Algeria article. Montfeld would be much improved by a photo of the villa. That said, you could easily be based in California, or even if you are in Algiers, the American ambassador may not readily welcome camera-totting Wikipedia editors. So, the long and the short, do you have any idea where I may access an image? Thanks in advance. KJP1 (talk) 12:10, 15 May 2021 (UTC)

Hi! I don't know how free you must be at the moment, I saw that you had a notice saying that you were at school at the moment. Regardless, I thought it would be best to give you a heads up regarding the file c:File:Iñupiaq language map.svg, it seems that you have erroneously labelled the Northwest Territories as the Yukon and vice versa (Yukon is the one who borders Alaska). It's a small change but I thought it would be best to reach out to let you know so it could be rectified. Hope you have a wonderful day! Ornithoptera (talk) 10:05, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
