Given the IP range overlap(s), the undiscussed page moves and redirect creations, and the wiktionary edits, I wonder if Par âpre aux astres is Eastern but not so Middle/Wahakadha mustakhdim. I didn't run a check myself, I just peeked at the ranges you ran on the Par âpre account and looked at the logs for previous checks on those ranges. That's where Wahakadha popped up.
