Keep, for now. The article's title, 2020 coronavirus outbreak in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is acceptable. It may not indicate that there has been an outbreak in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It can be understood as Bosnia and Herzegovina's reaction to the 2020 global coronavirus outbreak. Article 2020 coronavirus outbreak in Poland was created on 29 February 2020‎, but the first COVID-19 case in Poland was just confirmed today. --Neo-Jay (talk) 09:18, 4 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
