Keep. Notwithstanding the present "stubby" state of the article, this is a clear keep based on the sources presently included in article. Add the present sources to Cbl's extensive list above, and this is an overwhelmingly easy keeper. Generally speaking, when a biography subject is the primary topic of multiple feature articles in multiple regional and national newspapers, it's a given that the subject probably satisfies the general notability guidelines per WP:GNG.
