Article appears to be a non-notable musical group. The article does have coverage in a reliable source, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, which appears to have written several articles on them. However, there doesn't appear to be any other coverage by non-local newspapers. I believe this article fails to meet the notability guidelines for musical groups.
