Delete - He appears to have primarily played in the lower-tiers of the São Paulo state football pyramid, and more recently in Iraq. I found little Portuguese-language coverage, and without someone showing Arabic-language coverage that meets the GNG, I think we have to conclude the article fails all of the relevant notability guidelines.
