Article should not be deleted. The Con, while new, is a notable and relevant news source. It has already been republished in mainstream media and other independent sources. That Mail & Guardian is "generally the most respected etc" remains to be seen, and, at any rate, that they would republish a piece doesn't yet mean the original outlet is notable. Proof of notability comes from discussion in reliable sources, not from this. Since there is no evidence that this is a noteworthy media outlet, delete.
