Delete. Disputed PROD indicating album had a "proper release". That doesn't make this album notable and I failed to find substantial coverage in reliable sources for the album to pass notability requirements. • Delete both the album and the band article. I searched a library database of newspaper and magazine articles but did not find any sources that would help to support WP:N notability of the subjects.
