Comment Does a download link make something noteable? CNET/download.com offer hundreds of downloads, I'm sure that we would not create an article on each of them. Re. the comments below, all of the Google scholar references seem very trivial. • Keep Based on the find sources links, there seems to be plenty of independent and non-trivial coverage in news articles. There seems to be some exclusive coverage in foreign language books & there is quite a few number of english books with some passing coverage. I was surprised that scholar had so many results, though many seem fairly trivial.
