"Селена Гомез" is used primarily in some Slavic countries in Europe while "Селена Гомес" (translit. Selena Gomes) is used primarily used in Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Belarus. Kazakhstani and Mongolian websites and media will use both. I suggest the two will be restored as the Cyrillic-written websites are more popular in these countries. We seem to have been around this loop quite a few times (see WP:Deletion review/Log/2011 November 18) and I do not see a need to keep reviewing what seems to me to be both a policy-based and sensible decision. Personally, I wouldn't mind such transliterations in a footnote to the article (so "search" would find them) but I dare say many people would disagree. Endorse deletion of redirects.
