No evidence of a release under a specific free license. There is evidence of a Wikipedia-only permission, but this is
not sufficient. Please ask the copyright holder if they agree to the terms of a specific license, like
CC-BY-SA-4.0.
Permission is required because this image would not be likely to meet the
non-free content policy because it is currently used only in draftspace. Even if
Draft:King's Hand were to become an article, it is only used for the purposes of illustration and a free alternative could be provided. The sourced commentary describes the food item, not this particular image of the item, so a freely-licensed replacement could be created to serve the same purpose.

Right now the two cover arts are used. The top/primary cover art is of the first edition with "Cracker Barrel" logo on lower-left corner. The bottom/secondary cover art is of the reissue edition. The singer smiles in both covers; however, she sits on a chair in the first, while her upper body covered in a fur-looking blouse is shown in the reissue. Nonetheless, using more than one image with similar significant info is discouraged per WP:NFCC#3a. The reissue issue entered more Billboard charts than the first release of the album did, so, preferably, the reissue cover art should be used. On the other hand, if original cover is more preferable, at least the first issue charted and sold 2,100+ copies, but I think wider chart performances must matter more.
