Also, I skimmed through a few of the pages in the "article" namespace starting with "Death of", and I am currently unable to find a title where the subject that comes after "Death of" is ambiguous. • Keep. Looking over the Jeffrey Miller disambiguation page, only one other non-living person is there: J. C. P. Miller. His article does not mention his death, leading me to assume that his death is in no way remarkable. Nor is "Jeffrey Miller" his common name, so it's exceedingly unlikely someone would use "Death of Jeffrey Miller" for this person.
