TortureIsWrong (talk · contribs) was blocked by Ryan Postlethwaite for trolling WP:RFCN. He has previously used sockpuppets to evade his block. Recently an IP made a few edits to that board: [1], attacking me (R) and Ryan Postlethwaite, two people that were very actively involved with TortureIsWrong before he was blocked. He actually called me "RParlate" (he got Parlate from my sig). The lead me to think he was TortureIsWrong because I remember he called me that once. What also lead me to think this user is TortureIsWrong is that another one of his edits mentioned politics in the edit summary, something that TortureIsWrong constantly talked about. Also, this IP has edited Mary Cheney, Dick Cheney's daughter. TortureIsWrong (talk · contribs) was blocked by Ryan Postlethwaite (talk · contribs · blocks · protections · deletions · page moves · rights · RfA) for repeated trolling on the WP:RFCN noticeboard. Now GrotesqueOldParty (talk · contribs) has appeared and carried out similar actions, which lead us to believe it is very likely this account is being used to evade the block. Also, 70.110.235.222 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) has been acting in a way very suspicious for a new user, and it is believed that this address belongs to someone involved in the case and may also be being used for sockpuppetry in a way disallowed by policy.  Confirmed for Torture and Grotesque. Also GenocidalOldParty (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) needs to be blocked. TortureIsWrong (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) was indefinitely blocked for disruption and trolling surrounding RFCN. He to having a block account[2]. Now the similar account TortureIsBad (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) has appeared, and has since been blocked as being a vandal only account. However it vandalized H's userpage before its block, who TIW dislikes[3]. Ryan placed the sockpuppet tag on the user page, and Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log)an established user and admin came through and changed it[4] to make RJASE1 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) look like the puppeteer. I'm requesting "request" for check user to block the I.P. involved with the sockpuppeting. I doubt Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington has anything to do with this. Check user was already run to check TortureIsWrong with TortureIsBad, and TortureIsBad came out to be RJASE1, I've also been in email contact with TortureIsWrong, and I'm fairly sure he's not out to make sockpuppets and cause disruption in that sense.
