Ratu Wilisoni Tuiketei Malani OBE[1] OStJ JP (1920 – 14 June 2005) was the younger brother of Ratu Meli Salabogi, a Fijian chief Gonesau, medical doctor,[1] and politician.[2]

He was awarded the Order of the British Empire in 1981.[1]

He was chairman of the Ra Provincial Council.[2]

Dr Wilisoni Malani, chairman of the Ra Provincial Council, moved a motion at the 1982 - Great Council of Chiefs meeting in Bau to amend the constitution to give Fijians two thirds of the seat in the House of Representatives and to reserve the office of Governor General and Prime Minister for them as well.
