[edit]I would suggest adding a custom disallow message for Special:AbuseFilter/319 because the default message doesn't make any sense, and the new message should look like this:
((abuse filter warning | action = disallow | friendly = yes | text = WikiLearn course pages may only be edited by WikiLearnBot and administrators. ))

- While I think custom messages are a good idea for filters frequently hitting good faith users, I don't think it's needed for a filter with just five filter hits in more than a year. The default message already says "... A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: WikiLearn pages should be edited by WikiLearnBot or admins only" and that should by sufficient in my opinion.
