USA Network is an American television network. It is owned by NBCUniversal (which in turn is owned by Comcast).
USA Network began on September 8, 1971 as the Madison Square Garden Network. It was relaunched as USA Network on January 3, 1979.
USA airs original programming and reruns of network television programs.
