The 2023 Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship will be the 119th staging of the Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Westmeath County Board in 1903.

Fr Daltons were promoted to the championship Senior 'B' Hurling champions,[1] replacing relegated Cullion from the previous year.

Castletown Geoghegan enter the championship as the defending champions.[2]
