Aidan Robbins (born December 22, 2000)[1] is an American football running back for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at BYU, Louisville, and UNLV.
In Robbins junior season, he played in just four games where he rushed for 319 yards and seven touchdowns before tearing his labrum in his shoulder.[2] Coming out of high school, Robbins was rated as a three star recruit, where also held offers from school such as Kentucky, Purdue, Missouri, Louisville, Vanderbilt, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Penn.[3] Robbins, ultimately decided to commit to play college football for the Louisville Cardinals.[4][5]
In Robbins first two seasons with Louisville in 2020 and 2021, he rushed seven times for 51 yards and a touchdown.[6] After the conclusion of the 2021 season, Robbins decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[7]
Robbins decided to transfer to play for the UNLV Rebels.[8][9] In week three of the 2022 season, Robbins rushed for 227 yards and three touchdowns, as he helped the Rebels to a win over North Texas.[10] After the conclusion of the 2022 season, Robbins decided to once again enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[11][12]
Robbins decided to transfer to play for the BYU Cougars.[13][14] During the 2023 season, Robbins rushed 101 times for 485 yards and a touchdown.[15] During Robbins lone season with UNLV in 2022, he rushed for 1,011 yards and nine touchdowns, while also bringing in 23 receptions for 125 yards and a touchdown.[16] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Robbins decided to declare for the 2023 NFL draft.[17][18]
