Al Ghurair University (AGU) was a private university founded in 1999 by the Al Ghurair Group and located in Dubai International Academic City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[1] It opened in 1999 as one of the UAE's first private universities.[citation needed] The university was accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.

The university permanently closed its doors on 31 August 2022.[2]
