Anne Tihon (born 1944)[1] is a Belgian historian of science specializing in the history of astronomy, with works on Theon of Alexandria, Byzantine astronomy, and astronomical tables. She is a professor emerita in the Faculty of Philosophy, Arts and Letters of the Université catholique de Louvain.[2]

Tihon became a corresponding member of the International Academy of the History of Science in 1986, and was raised to a full member in 2002.[11]
