Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, is a SaaS solution for relationship marketing.[1] The company was founded in 2012[2] by Armand Thiberge, and offers a cloud-based marketing communication software suite with email marketing, transactional email, marketing automation, customer-relationship management, landing pages, Facebook ads, retargeting ads, SMS marketing, and more.

The company has eight offices globally, which are located in Paris, Delhi, Seattle, Berlin, Sofia , Toronto , New York and Vienna. The headquarters are located in the Paris office, which is also home to the customer service, marketing, product, and technical teams. There are currently 500,000+ customers using Brevo products worldwide. Features offered by Brevo software include A/B testing, report production, and contact list management.[3]

The company was founded as Sendinblue in 2012. The software of the same name allowed for the creation of email newsletters and transactional emails. Initially, it was only available in French.

In 2013, English and Spanish versions as well as SMS services became available, followed in 2014 by Portuguese and Italian versions. 2015 saw the opening of the Seattle office and the launch of a German version. In 2016, Sendinblue launched its marketing automation platform.

Sendinblue was chosen as one of 20 startups to watch in 2016 by Forbes magazine.[4]

In 2023, Sendinblue changed its name to Brevo.[5]
