The Bugis Museum (Malay: Muzium Bugis) is a museum in Pontian District, Johor, Malaysia. The museum is about Bugis people in Malaysia.

The museum was originally established in 1982 as Bugis Heritage. On 26 July 1994, the Johor State Government supported the museum through Johor Heritage Foundation and declared the museum as the first Bugis museum in Malaysia.[1][2] In October 2016, the Indonesian Governor of South Sulawesi Syahrul Yasin Limpo visited the museum and met with local Bugis people. He wished that relations among Bugis people from different countries could always be maintained.[3]

There are more than 2,000 artifacts displayed in the museum, ranging from weapons, clothes, old coins, jewellery, pictures etc.
