Charles Mincy (born December 16, 1969) is a former American football safety who played ten seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1991 to 1994, for the Minnesota Vikings in 1995, for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 1998, and for the Oakland Raiders in 1999.[1] He was drafted by the Chiefs in the fifth round of the 1991 NFL Draft.[2]
