Cyera Makenzie Hintzen (born October 28, 1997) is an American soccer player who plays as a striker.
Hintzen attended the University of Texas in the United States, where she was regarded as one of the soccer team's most important players.[1]
Hintzen played for Icelandic side Valur, helping the club win the league.[2] She then signed for Australian side Perth Glory, where she was regarded as one of the club's most important players.[3] She was their top scorer during the 2021/22 season with five goals.[4]
Hintzen was called up to the United States under-19 team in 2015.[5]
Hintzen mainly operates as a striker and has been described as her "physical upper body strength combined with pace and sharpness in front of goal have marked her out".[6] She is left-footed.[7]
Hintzen is a native of Garland, Texas, United States.[8]
