In 2019, Dotts Media House published Nigeria's first Influencer Marketing report (NIMR), a yearly research project examining the state and trends of Influencer Marketing in Nigeria. The report offers insights and recommendations for Influencers, Media professionals, Content Creators, and Enthusiasts.[15][16][5][17] This research work had an impact as it had not been done before in the Nigerian media ecosystem.[12][8] The NIMR is released annually online and at the Social Media Week Lagos. During the COVID-19 Pandemic in May 2020, Dotts announced the launch of its sister company, Trendupp Africa, a reward-based platform for Influencers and Content Creators.
