Lee Seung-yoon (Korean: 이승윤) is a South Korean singer and songwriter. He is also known as the winner[3]of JTBC 2020 Sing Again[4]. On November 24, 2011, he advanced to the finals of the MBC College Musicians Festival[5] and began his official activities for the first time by performing his self-composed song 'Never'(없을걸)[6] He later debuted as a guitarist and vocalist for the indie band 'Ddaband'(따밴)[7]. Starting with the personal albums 'Today'(오늘도) and 'The Rebels'(반역자들) in 2013, he released 'What Should I Steal' in 2016 and 'How Pretty the Moon is' in 2018. Since 2019, he has been working as a vocalist for an indie band called 'Allari-kangchon'(알라리꺙숑)[8].
He appeared on the audition program Sing Again as the 30th singer, made his face widely known to the public, and won the final. After winning Sing Again, he appeared on several broadcasts and advertisements, and in June 2021, when Allari-kangchon disbanded and began to stand on his own, he released a new song 'Unspoken'[9]. After a short promotional period, they made a comeback in November with their first full-length album, ‘Even If Things Fall Apart’.[10] As a project to release the 2nd full-length album 'Shelter Of Dreams', the first pre-released single 'DS Vol.1 Upon A Smile' was released in December of the following year, and the second pre-released single 'DS Vol.2 Pricey Hangover' was released in January of the following year. On the 26th, the 2nd full-length album 'Shelter of Dreams'[11] was released. Currently, he is evaluated as a singer-songwriter who has established his own unique musical style.
The solo performance commemorating the release of the full-length album 'Even If It Becomes Ruins' sold out all seats at the Olympic Hall[12]for two days. In July 2022, in collaboration with the music label Mareumo, they held a solo performance commemorating the release of their 2nd full-length album, 'Shelter Of Dreams', and sold out all seats at the handball[13] for two days. Afterwards, they sold out the national tour and encore performance, proving their powerful ticket power.
