Mmantlha Sankoloba (born in Botswana)^[1] is a professional with contributions in executive leadership and real time business practices in manufacturing and export sector.^[1]

Biography

Mmantlha is a leader and social entrepreneur with experience in advocacy, business practices, executive leadership as well as the manufacturing and export sector.^[2] She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Botswana Exporters and Manufactures Association (BEMA).^[3] She was appointed as the chairperson of the advisory board for the Department of Marketing and a member of Department of Economics and advisory board at the University of Botswana (UB).^[4] Mmantlha also serves as the President of the Board of the OACPS Business Forum.

Here Achievements

• Mmantlha was recently elected as the President of the Business Forum of the Organization of African, Caribbean, & Pacific States (OACPS).^[3] OACPS is made of 79 countries across six regions worldwide. As a leader, she represents the voice of the OACPS private sector particularly advocating for mor e than 50 million registered Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of the OACPS. She fosters dialogue and collaboration between OACPS governments, regional integration institutions, and the private sector at various levels.
• She is the co-chair of the National AGO Reference Group where she actively promotes trade opportunities under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA)^[1].
• Mmantlha Sankoloba is also the National Champion for the Friends of the Agenda 2063 club. She champions the goals of the African Union's Agenda 2063 club emphasizing sustainable development, economic growth, and regional integration^[1].
