Congress Hall Hotel, Beach Drive between Congress and Perry Streets, in Cape May, New Jersey. Built in 1879 after a fire destroyed the previous hotel on the site. Located in the Cape May Historic District, a National Historic Landmark since 1976. This may be the most important building in the district, as it and its predecessors have been the big tourist draw to the town, or at least one of the first and largest hotels.
