Georgiou Group is an Australian construction company.

History

Georgiou Group was founded by Spiro Georgiou in 1977 as "Direct Drainage". In 1991, the company acquired Roadpave and Geocrete. The company was renamed "Georgiou Group" in 1998.[1][2]

Georgiou Group's New South Wales leader Rob Monaci replaced John Georgiou, the son of Spiro Georgiou as chief executive of the company on 1 August 2018.[2] Gary Georgiou became chief executive in July 2022.[3]

Locations

The company is based in Osborne Park, Western Australia;[1] and has locations in North Sydney, New South Wales; Fortitude Valley, Queensland; Darwin, Northern Territory; Hazelmere, Western Australia; and Mermaid Beach, Queensland.[4]
