Ghormach (Pashto: غورماچ) or Ghowrmach is a town in Badghis Province in northwestern Afghanistan.[1] It serves as the center of Ghormach District.
With a mild and generally warm and temperate climate, Ghormach features a hot-summer Mediterranean climate (Csa) under the Köppen climate classification. The average temperature in Ghormach is 14.9 °C (58.8 °F), while the annual precipitation averages 356 mm (14.0 in).
