Giv'at Harel (Hebrew: גבעת הראל) is an Israeli settlement established in 1999 in the jurisdiction of the Matte Binyamin Regional Council on the Samarian part of the West Bank. It is situated just off Highway 60 between Eli and Shilo.

Giv'at Harel is named after Harel Bin Nun, who was shot and killed by Arab terrorists on August 5, 1998, while he and his friend Shlomo Liebman were on patrol in the vicinity of Yitzhar. ^[1]

Giv'at Harel, now home to approximately 30 families, was established by Bin Nun's brothers, who grew up in Shilo. Bin-Nun's father, Elazar, is the rabbi of Shilo.
